The award was for sustainable development in cooperation with city agencies and other stakeholders- in our case Champlain Housing Trust, Vermont Housing Agency, Cooperative Fund of New England, and East Village Cohousing- the model project. The monetary award was shared among the City, CHT and Burlington Cohousing Dev LLC.
