In troubled times cooperatives have consistently been a tool for advancing justice – from fair housing to equitable food access and dignified jobs, and many more cornerstones of a just society. Now, more than ever, co-ops are central to the creation of sustainable, just economies. And CFNE has a crucial role to play in advancing cooperative development and sustainability in our region.
To broaden the financial base from which we help low-wealth communities across the region develop economic resilience through new cooperatives, and support existing co-ops to weather this storm.
